I'm back!

So, posting has been sparse because, like the rest of you I have been busy! We were gone on vacation for close to 20 days, the day we got back I woke up sick.

:( That lasted about a week and just as I was getting better both girls got sick and Diana was throwing up for days. That was horrible.

They both soon got better and I have been busy working on my photography business. I have had two photo shoots the past week, both which went great and were so much fun! I also joined the local M.O.P.S group this past week. I have been hesitant about going, but since my good friend Becky said she was going to join... that made me jump in too! M.O.P.S. is a "Mothers of Preschoolers" group. It's open to anyone with children ages birth to preschool. It's a Christian based program designed to help and support moms as we try to be the best moms we can to our children. We have a chance to socialize with other moms, make some new friends, do bible devotions, crafts, speakers come in... it's just awesome! They have a nursery for your children where your kids also have a chance to have little play mate friends, learn some Bible lessons, make crafts and eat snacks.

I thoroughly enjoyed it as did Ellie. When I came to get Ellie she looked at me like she hadn't even noticed I had been gone for 2 hours! But Diana had a hard time being in the nursery without me or her sister for the first hour. I guess she warmed up after that, she sure was excited to see me when I got back! She showed me around the room a bit and seemed excited about all the new toys. I hope this means she will do better the next time. We will see.

Anyway, so yes, life is busy but good! I'll be posting about vacation soon. I can't wait to start catching up on what everyone else has been up too :)
